POTLUCK SUPPER RESCHEDULED – RECONCILING CONGREGATION CELEBRATION
The potluck supper celebrating Lakewood becoming a Reconciling Congregation has been rescheduled for Sunday, April 12, at 6 p.m. Other area reconciling congregations in the area will be joining us for the celebration.
GAYLE’S KITCHEN ANGELS
On the first Sunday night of every month a group of wonderful volunteers from Lakewood go to Oak Lawn UMC to feed the hungry. A different group of 7-10 volunteers go each month. If you are interested in joining Gayle’s Kitchen Angels, contact Carol Stone to get on the list. Word has it that the volunteers enjoy it just as much as the people they are serving.
