We are partnering this year with Greenland Hills UMC, Ridgewood Park UMC, and the Red Cross to offer opportunities for anyone in our neighborhood to donate blood. Please join us on Tuesday, July 13, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall. Sign up at redcrossblood.org - you will need to click through to the date you want to give. If you are unable to be at Lakewood on July 13, there are plenty of other blood drive opportunities available.
When you arrive you will need to wear a mask and will have your temperature checked in order to enter. If you have not donated blood before, please make sure to eat a good meal and drink plenty of water beforehand.
